Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end management and maintenance of central storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS), specifically focusing on EMC technologies.
- Oversee daily backup operations using advanced solutions like EMC Data Domain to ensure data integrity.
- Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution, and conduct regular data restoration tests.
- Manage storage capacity, server connectivity (Zoning/RAID), and implement necessary system upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships, including opening and tracking technical support and maintenance tickets.
- Lead infrastructure upgrade projects and mentor junior team members.
Core Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Deep, proven experience with data storage technologies (SAN/NAS), especially EMC systems.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level backup tools and hands-on experience executing disaster recovery plans.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and database management.
- Excellent complex problem-solving, communication, and technical project management skills.

- المتطلبات الأساسية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية عميقة ومثبتة في تقنيات التخزين (SAN/NAS) وخاصة أنظمة EMC.
- إتقان أدوات برامج النسخ الاحتياطي على مستوى المؤسسات وخبرة فعلية في تنفيذ خطط التعافي من الكوارث.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة التشغيل (Windows/Linux) وإدارة قواعد البيانات.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات المعقدة، والتواصل، وإدارة المشاريع التقنية.
